Direct caregivers will provide quality end-of-life care to guests and support to family and visitors. Under the supervision of the house manager, the caregiver will implement the care plan for each patient, provide routine personal care, oversee/assist with meal preparation, laundry, and housekeeping, and complete documentation.
Applicant must be a certified nursing assistant in PA and pass a background check. Previous experience in healthcare or end-of-life care is preferred.

Under the supervision of the clinical care director, the house manager will oversee and support caregivers, assist with personal care, collaborate with hospice agencies, administer meds, and complete documentation.
Applicant must be a licensed practical nurse in PA and pass a background check. Previous experience in healthcare or end-of-life care is preferred.
